Thai Eats Introduce
For New Yorkers and visitors looking for a truly authentic taste of Thailand right in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, **Thai Eats** stands out as a culinary gem. Located incredibly close to the electric energy of Times Square, this establishment specializes in classic, bold Thai street food, offering a level of flavor and authenticity that has earned it high praise from local patrons—including those from the Thai community itself. What makes Thai Eats particularly notable in the city’s bustling food scene is its operation as a premier 'ghost kitchen' or 'virtual restaurant,' focusing exclusively on efficient, high-quality delivery and takeout service.
While the concept of a ghost kitchen—a professional cooking facility dedicated solely to fulfilling online orders without a traditional storefront or dine-in seating—might initially sound unconventional, it has allowed Thai Eats to prioritize the quality of ingredients, the authenticity of recipes, and the speed of service. This streamlined model means all the focus is on the food itself, resulting in dishes that customers consistently describe as genuinely authentic, deeply flavorful, and comparable to the very best traditional Thai restaurants in the area.
The mission of Thai Eats is clear: to bring the rich, soulful flavors of real Thai home-cooked meals, with recipes passed down through generations, directly to the New York community. The menu is a testament to this commitment, offering a diverse array of street food classics and specialized Thai dishes that capture the true essence of Thailand's vibrant culinary culture.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1OMG 😍 This restaurant is sooo delicious! As a Thai person 🇹🇭, I can 100% confirm the flavors are authentic, bold, and super tasty 🌶️💥 The price is very reasonable, and even after bringing it home and eating 2 hours later, it was still sooo good! 😋 Ordering was super easy too 🫶 I’ll definitely come back again — highly recommend! 💯❤️
October 17 · Vipanan LuangviriyaI have to admit, I was skeptical about the quality of food from a ghost kitchen, but ThaiEats Times Square completely changed my perspective. Even though they don’t have a storefront or dine-in seating like a traditional restaurant, the food is every bit as good—if not better—than many big Thai restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the ingredients and the truly authentic flavors. It tastes just like being back in Thailand! The menu is also quite diverse, and you can tell the food is cooked by Thai chefs who truly care and put their heart into every dish. This is definitely a new must-try spot if you love Thai food. Plus, the location is super convenient—just steps away from the heart of Times Square. What a delightful surprise!
September 24 · Anisa Mint SennanIf you’re on the hunt for delicious Thai food in NYC, you need to check out Thai Eats located within the Picnic Food Hall in Times Square. It’s one of those hidden gems that truly captures the essence of authentic Thai. You can't go wrong with the Pad Kra Pao—it’s hands down the best I've ever had, especially if you enjoy a good spicy kick! The minced pork is simply mouthwatering, perfectly seasoned with aromatic holy basil. In short, Thai Eats may be small, but the flavors are simply huge! Don’t miss out on this delightful spot!
September 30 · Nicholas YeungThis is more than a ghost kitchen. It's made by chefs who are passionate about what they cook . The food is absolutely phenomenal, every dish I tried has been bursting with flavor and clearly made with care. It's the kind of authenticity that comes from people who really know and love what they're doing. The staff are incredibly sweet, attentive, and it shows in the small details: perfectly balanced flavors, thoughtful garnishes, and beautifully plated dishes. It's clear they put heart into every plate.Ive tried various dishes pictured below and I have loved every single one of them. My top three right now are the Crying Tiger, Crab fried rice and the Mango sticky rice. They come in great portions. 10/10 recommend you try their food. If you love spicy food try the thai spicy level, just be sure to have a nice cool glass of water or milk hahaha.Whether you're a longtime Thai food fan or trying it for the first time, you're in for a treat. Highly recommend!
September 19 · Jose AltamiranoI got delivered Thai food from Times Square to East village. The food here tastes just like home. The braised pork leg is tender and flavorful, the basil stir-fry has the perfect spice, and the Northern Thai sausage is packed with herbs. Every dish feels like it’s cooked with love — just like mom’s cooking.
