Thai Mis Delicias (1&2) Reviews

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I placed a Seamless order at the Thai Mis Delicias truck that is usually parked up the street, but it was nowhere to be found, despite arriving at my order time and during "regular" hours. I called the contact number for the business, and a kind man told me that he would fix the situation and transfer my order to *this* truck (just a couple of blocks away). However, when I made it to the truck and waited, then checked on my order, and then finally explained the situation in more detail, the operator looked at me like an alien and said that he couldn't help. So, I lost the Seamless order, waited in the sun for new food, and had to pay a second time out of pocket for my lunch.**Update: the business owner responded to tell me to double-check that I placed the review at the correct location. In fact, this is the correct location, and I would suggest that the owner read the review content more carefully. I didn't mention a specific time in my order, but they also disputed the order time, despite claiming not to find my order, which was for a "Black Pepper Stir-FryChicken, Add Bell Paper, Add Ginger, Extra Cashew Nut, Spicy + Thai Iced Tea" around 2pm on the afternoon of June 23, 2025.My negative review was regarding *this* (Truck 1&2) business's unwillingness to respectfully address me in the moment, nor shed any light on the situation, nor problem solve in Truck #3's initial error (and Truck #3's attempt to address their error). Following this experience, I did attempt to call the Truck 1&2 business directly, and they did not pick up the phone. Next, I got in touch with Seamless for a refund, which they completed with Thai Mis Delicias Truck #3.I'm not someone who typically complains or writes negative reviews, but here are my suggestions for this business:* Make sure your trucks are open during their posted business hours, at the correct location. (That would have avoided the Truck #3 issue in the first place.)* Work on customer service/politeness with employees at Truck 1&2. (That would have avoided this negative review.)* Are your trucks managed separately, like franchises (seems like "yes" based on your answer)? Then make sure that the employees also understand that and can address customer confusion regarding this. There are two identically-named trucks parked just three blocks away from each other on sixth avenue - some customer confusion is inevitable.
July 21 · Becca BergeJust one too many nasty experiences with these folks. Food is fine but the people are just unbelievably unpleasant. Two things have happened with them: 1. They close their truck at random times, and if you come when they have left early but you have paid for an order it is a nightmare to get a refund. 2. They are just mean. Today I bought $30 worth of food online, went to pick up, asked for a bag. The guy said I hadn't picked the "bag" option online, and I would have to pay 10 cents for one. I didn't have a dime on me. I balanced the 4 piping hot dishes on top of each other on my ten minute walk back to my office. Never again.
March 11 · Jesse JavnaThe drunken noodle (pad kee mao) was delicious, it had the wok hey needed for a stir fry noodle. I would definitely be coming back to try their other dishes!
May 16 · Jacquelin WongIt's a food truck so there is no parking for you and obviously the atmosphere is the sidewalk around you. So grab some great food and be on your way.
August 05 · Richard WhiteI've been eating with them for over a decade. The food is consistently delicious, and served with a smile!
