★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1First time ordered food at South Sea Thai Kitchen. At first we were confused where to park, but we figured it out to park in the back. Table only two inside left and right.Luckily we were planning to order for pick up anyway. The lady that was on the phone is the same as the one who interacts with me today and she was not that friendly nor to rude basically there’s no smile or welcoming vibes.Papaya salad $8.99 with adding 4pcs of shrimp extra cost $4 a bit pricey to my opinion but since I was the one who wanted and asked for shrimp I guess I had to accept it.Shrimp drunken noodles was not the best, I had better somewhere else. They used different type of sauce.Basil fried rice with shrimp was pretty good.. they put carrots a bit too much though. Carrots sliced flowers, carrots julienne cuts. Also they need to update the price on their website because didn’t match. Lemongrass soup for $7.99 that mostly broth and 3 small shrimp is overpriced.Lastly level 1 is pretty spicy to me but the spiciness that I still can handle it. I like spicy but not that much. For people that don’t eat spicy at all need to tell them if they can make it not spicy on the dish.
August 24 · Lizzay BThis is my first time I ordered from South Sea Thai Kitchen, and it’s also my first time trying out Thai food. The lady that gave me the food today was really friendly and I ordered off Yelp and I didn’t know it used grub hub. She let me know that grub hub is more expensive. And she told me to call them next time to order for cheaper price. She is very helpful. Thank you and I really enjoyed the food! I ordered a vegetarian fried rice. It was the right amount of spice, not too overpowering which is great. I will order from here again :)
October 05 · Ice BearThis is a primarily take out restaurant serving authentic, delicious Thai food.We ordered New Years dinner and it was fresh, delicious and ready for pick up at 7:30 pm! The Coconut soup was out of this world delicious! A must have!Delicious food and friendly service!Definitely a place to return!
January 01 · Rodica MihalisI ordered takeout from South Sea Thai Kitchen and it came out very quickly and was packaged very well. There were no leaks or spills. I ordered the eggplant entree and my friend ordered the drunken noodles and both were delicious and very flavorful. I was especially impressed with the eggplant entree and highly recommend it!
June 22 · Liz LI was kind of surprised when I got here. Maybe because I didn’t see much interior photos of this restaurant online. This is actually not a regular restaurant, but more like a take out place with a few tables and chairs. Although it is clean and nice, but space is limited. It is definitely not suitable for a large group nor family with baby strollers. They have parking spaces in the rear behind the restaurant. The entrance is narrow! I nearly pass that when it is right next to the restaurant. How about their food? It is not the best, but not the worst. My husband and I thought the food was a bit bland. It got taste but not flavorful enough compare to other Thai cuisine we have tried. We ordered the Tom yum noodle soup with shrimps. We thought it wasn’t sour enough for a tom yum soup base. We also ordered a Papaya salad, a Massamam curry with chicken, and a Thai coffee. None of those really makes me feel ooo or surprised. The Papaya salad was not anything special. The Massamam curry wasn’t too bad. Sweet and a hint of spicy with some taste of coconut milk. But the chicken was a bit rough. The Thai coffee was surprisingly sweet to me. Personally, I’m not a big fan of Thai tea cause too sweet to me, but I didn’t expect the coffee would be sweet too. Overall, I would try once, maybe not so much of a second time on my own.
