Everytime I have ordered from this place the food has been fresh, hot, and delicious. I love the papaya salad, I recommend mild sometimes they are heavy with spice lol, also the red curry is delicious. The veggie spring rolls are amazing and the crab pad Thai is so yummy! They give a great portion and huge lumps of crab meat. Totally recommend trying!

Sunday night munchies hit us, my partner and I were in the mood for Pad Thai. We scrolled through Doordash and saw this one boasting 1600+ reviews and a 4 star rating-- so we decided to go safe and choose this restaurant.Not long after placing our order, we realized that we forgot to ask for utensils (I am in the middle of moving- so I had none). So I called the place up only to be told that the order has already been picked up and on its way to us. To our pleasant surprise, they not only included plastic forks but also napkins and chopsticks!Food was plentiful. We ordered two appetizers, Summer Rolls and Fried Calamari, two entrees, Pad See Ew and Pad Kee Mow, and two cans of la Croix. The taste is nothing to write home about, very typical. Although the Summer Rolls came in three, I guess we forgot to select a protein so it tasted bland and monotone with the salty peanut sauce. For what it is, it's okay, and the fact that our order arrived so quickly with nothing missing adds an extra star from me!

I don’t ever review anything and I really hate negative reviews in general but I feel the need to say something here. I ordered takeout in the store and the cashier was distracted the entire time taking my order. I ordered pad kra pao with beef. She repeated back to me twice “pad kee mao” and I said no, pad kra pao both times. Then after a second just to make sure, said “with beef” just to make sure.I got home and there was no beef in it. Not a big deal, I figured I would just go back and they’d add it but they made me pay for it. This time there was a different cashier and she told me “we made it correctly,” which is technically true? but I did not get what I ordered. She also asked if the other cashier repeated my order back to me (she did not). I understand it’s an additional charge that I was happy to pay for had I been charged for it the first time, but I ordered it with beef, and they charged me for the wrong thing. That’s not my mistake and I feel the better choice would’ve been to accept the mistake and not charge me the additional $4. It isn’t about the money, it’s about the principle.The food was great, and I love this restaurant and never have a problem. I don’t understand why that had to happen.

This place is a classic example of a restaurant whose google rating waaaay underrepresents the quality. Every dish I’ve sampled is international-level top notch. Perfect blends of spicy, sweet, bright, savory. Pure nose-running, electrified mouth bliss.

Criminally underrated Thai. I ordered delivery from Circles a few nights ago and I am still thinking about how delicious the red curry was. The sauce was exquisitely balanced, the vegetables were masterfully cooked, the Thai basil was flavorful, and the chicken was the MOST tender I have ever had in a curry. I seriously don't know how they did it. The calamari and duck were great too, but really the red curry was the star of the show. 5 stars on flavor and ingredient quality, delivery time was quick, order was accurate, and the price was right.From the look of the negative reviews, it sounds like Circles has been made a victim of their own excellence. I'm guessing their staff may have been a bit overwhelmed by demand and the shift to a large volume of remote ordering during the pandemic.
