★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It was all rice only a little bit of veggies, and the veggies were extremely low Quality the pods Did not have their stems removed which made them impossible to eat. I ate one and I had an upset stomach, and then there were random stems mixed in with the veggies. Booths Corner location.
September 14 · Bill LouI'm here for the first time today. The atmosphere and service were great. A very nice Pacific islander vibe to it. I ordered Pad Thai and a Kapow Roll. The roll was very tasty, loaded with flavors, and HUGE! As for the Pad Thai, It was pretty dry but the flavors were there. The Pad Thai being dry kind of made my rating drop from 5 to 4. If the noodles weren't so dry, this would be my go to place.
May 13 · Jamele LawrenceUpdated: spoke to the owner. He was very understanding and accommodating. He explained that the saltines was from the fish sauce that they’re using, and that may differ from my usual palate. He also offered a substitute and I picked Honey Chicken which is the popular item here. The honey chicken was very delicious and definitely worth coming back for.First time trying out food at Kapow and I ordered Drunken Noodles as recommended by the cashier (for $14, it doesn’t come with any protein, just a little bit of veggies). All I can taste is salt, not even the spiciness or other spices.
February 14 · Ve SuFood truck experience! Super cute, clean and attractive food truck. Delicious food!! Had the teriyaki bowl, general chicken and lo mein and the HUGE full of flavor kapow roll !! And the hawaiian tea is a MUST
July 03 · Katrina NestoreI politely asked if the coffee was served there, because it wasn’t on the digital kiosk. The older woman in the kitchen then began to complain to a coworker about fixing the menu and didn’t answer my question. So, I assumed it wasn’t available and ordered something else. She saw my order come out as another drink and said to me, “A Vietnamese coffee and a Thai tea are very different”. She then walked away. I was appalled by her attitude towards me over a simple misunderstanding, which I had apologized for. I regret spending money and leaving a tip here. Not to mention, no one is staffing the counter. The young girls working there were very sweet to me though.Edit: I love this place and I used to come here often. The food is awesome! But the crass customer service is really off-putting. I work in customer service myself and that would not fly.
