Loved the taste and presentation. Staff were extremely polite, service was organized, and prices very fair. The restaurant truly cares about its customers and food quality.

I truly appreciate the effort of small, family-run restaurants, but unfortunately my recent experience at Ricky’s Thai was disappointing. The red curry with extra chicken did not meet expectations—the flavor was lacking, and the chicken had the texture of being frozen and bland rather than freshly prepared.I was also surprised at how quickly the order was ready (about 5–7 minutes for a red curry), which raised concerns about the quality and freshness of preparation. Additionally, utensils have been repeatedly left out of Grubhub orders, which makes takeout less convenient.Lastly, I’ve noticed that customer service can sometimes feel a bit rushed and impatient, particularly from the older woman who works there, which left a discouraging impression.I truly hope these issues can be addressed, as I know many people—including myself—want to support local Thai cuisine in the community.

Our experience at this restaurant was very good this time. I didn’t have a very good experience in the past especially with the food at Hillsborough location but since they have been a local restaurant for a very long time, we decided to give it another chance & we weren’t disappointed this time. Food was delicious. I loved their Pad Thai this time. Penang curry, spring rolls, fried tofu- everything was delicious & tasted fresh.
