★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I was excited for this place to open especially since I heard the Thai place at the providence mall closed. This restaurant was nice and clean, although it did open just the other day. The portion of food I received for $16 was quite disappointing. I wouldn’t mind if it was cheaper or a larger portion at that price. It also wasn’t that hot, it was probably just warm when I got back to my car. It tasted alright and the staff was pretty nice, so props to that. I wish there were also a bit more options in general at the counter and that it was a bit more Thai orientated.Edit: Went back after a couple of days after the store replied to this review. I’ve attached new photos. They definitely want to do better on their part and increased the portion size because the take out box was quite heavier. The lo mein was still a bit dry and you could say overall everything was a bit salty but I’m glad they listened to initial feedback.
October 08 · Kayla DayThai Hub was disappointing. This isn't Thai. It's glorified mall Chinese food. There is nothing Thai about Thai hub. See the items in pics below. I was so excited when I saw Thai Hub. So excited. I love Thai food. But when I saw Panda Express food I was very disappointed. Like so disappointed. And there was no fried rice. I thought this was odd because why wouldn't they be making it since no one was there and three people are standing behind the counter. They did make it when I asked but I was told 5 minutes. Again no one was there be making it during the downtime. Most people want fried rice over lo mein. One small plus was food tasted good, but change the name. There is nothing Thai about Thai Hub.
January 10 · Shaun HunterI tried this place out soon after it opened. I'm not surprised it's closed now. It may well become permanent. It's not Thai food. I drive by the strip mall every Saturday when I go to the Asian grocer and it took forever before it opened. I was anticipating it's opening but when I went in, it looked more like mall fastfood (as in Panda express). Despite the disappointment from the appearance, I did buy something. It was a lot of food but not worth it. I've never thrown out food and that was the first time I threw out a lot of food.
June 07 · Gram MoleAsian fusion place in convenient location. Fresh food and great customer service. Very friendly and nice options available! Lots of flavor, the lo mein and spicy beef was both delicious and filling!
October 03 · Kandace CI love to support small businesses and they deserve it and more. I’ve eaten here numerous times and each time I was not disappointed. Between the large portions, flavorful options (everything down to the noodles are delicious), and fast service/ordering, this restaurant is an absolute gold mine. I truly hope they expand locations and are in business forever!
